Management & Encapsulation
Where asbestos is in good condition, removal can release more fibre than leaving it. We encapsulate, label and manage it with a live register and re-inspection schedule that keeps you compliant.

Management & Encapsulation: your questions
Is it safe to leave asbestos in place?
Often, yes. If asbestos-containing material is in good condition and unlikely to be disturbed, managing and encapsulating it is frequently safer and more proportionate than removal. The legal requirement is to manage the risk, which a register and monitoring achieve.
What is the duty to manage asbestos?
Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 places a legal duty on whoever is responsible for a non-domestic building to find asbestos, assess its risk, and keep a plan to manage it. We provide the survey, register and monitoring that satisfy it.
