Our method, step by step
Plan
We produce a plan of work (or notify the HSE for licensed jobs), method statement and risk assessment specific to your site.
Enclose
Work areas are sealed in controlled enclosures under negative pressure so no fibre escapes.
Remove
Operatives in full RPE strip and double-bag material, decontaminating as they go.
Clear
An independent analyst runs the 4-stage clearance and issues the certificate of reoccupation. Waste leaves on consignment notes.

Asbestos Removal: your questions
Do I need a licensed contractor to remove asbestos?
It depends on the material. High-risk items like pipe lagging, sprayed coatings and asbestos insulating board need an HSE-licensed contractor. Lower-risk items such as cement sheets and floor tiles can be removed under non-licensed controls. We are licensed for both and will tell you which applies.
Can I stay in the property during removal?
For small non-licensed jobs, often yes, with the work area sealed off. For licensed removal inside the home we usually recommend vacating the affected zone until the clearance certificate is issued. We plan the safest sequence around you.
What paperwork do I get afterwards?
You receive the certificate of reoccupation from the independent analyst, hazardous-waste consignment notes proving licensed disposal, and your updated asbestos register — everything a lender, buyer or the HSE could ask for.
